Not all of my photos are a work of art, but I could pass up the opportunity to take a picture of this guy—dead to the world. Our monthly judge thought it would be more interesting to see his back, but the guy at his feet has his back to us and I don’t think that it nearly as interesting at the shot I was going for. When will you ever see the underside of an aardvark again?
